THE PURPOSE OF MUSIC FOR ALL:

• To provide an opportunity for all children to participate in music education regardless of economic means;
  
  
• To reinforce music as a core curriculum for equal access.

THE QUALIFICATION FOR PARTICIPATION:

• The only qualification is a full or partial meal ticket granted through the public school system. Private Schools may use other criteria as deemed appropriate and approved by Guzzardo Performance Music. After the instructor has contacted Guzzardo Music, the child, accompanied by his parent, procures his instrument at Guzzardo Performance Music.

THE ROLE OF GUZZARDO PERFORMANCE MUSIC:

• To provide musical equipment to ensure opportunity for qualified students without charge;
  
  
• To furnish and maintain the following instruments based upon availability to children that qualify: Clarinets, Trumpets/Cornets, Trombones, flutes
  
  3/4 & 1/2 Violins and 13" & 14" Violas;

THE ROLE OF THE INSTRUCTOR:

• To make available the MFA program for students whose parents are unable to provide an instrument and therefore, they meet participation requirements listed above.
  
  
• To contact Guzzardo Music with names of students that qualify BEFORE THE STUDENT AND PARENT ARRIVE to receive the rental instrument;
  
  
• To provide music and accessory items as needed;
  
  
• To actively assist in, though not assume responsibility for, the retrieval of the instrument at the end of the semester or school year; and
  
  
• To maintain the confidentiality of the MFA program and it's requirements.
