Your student cannot learn to play a band or orchestra instrument unless that instrument is working properly. At Guzzardo Performance Music, we make every attempt to have your students ready for your instruction at all times.

• Each rental instrument, both New and Used, are inspected in our repair shop before your student receives that instrument. Moreover, our Technician, Gerry Smith or Service Rep Paul Saltzgiver play each instrument before it leaves our store.

• Repairs brought into our store or received from our service rep’s weekly visit are repaired within one week and are typically done within 3-5 days.

• For our rental customers, loaner instruments are provided without charge and non-customers are charged a nominal $10.00 fee to use our instrument during repair time.

• Service Tech Gerry Smith is a graduate of Mankato State University and also of Red Wing Technical School where he received his degree in Band Instrument Repair. He is a member of NABIRT, the National Association of Band Instrument Repair Technicians and has been a member of the Guzzardo Performance Music staff for 8 years.
  
  
• Service Tech Greg Whitson keeps our string students up and going with peg, bridge, bow and sound post adjustments as well as taking care of an array of student needs. Greg has been with Guzzardo Performance Music for over 25 years.
  
  
• Gerry and Greg are dedicated, reliable experts who will be at your service to keep your band student or orchestra program
