QUALIFICATIONS FOR BRAVO PROGRAM

The student is a current rental customer of Guzzardo Performance Music and has rented for a minimum of six months. The student family account status is current and they qualify under normal credit standards.

INSTRUMENTS AVAILABLE TO BRAVO CUSTOMERS

All intermediate model instruments currently franchised to Guzzardo Performance Music may be rented. Because of the nature of the program, only very select professional instruments qualify.

CREDIT FROM PREVIOUS RENTAL INSTRUMENT:

All equity from the first six months of a student’s current rental payments is deducted from the Bravo Instrument price.

RENTAL PAYMENTS APPLY TO PURCHASE:

All Bravo rental payments apply to purchase. After making 24 equal monthly payments, the Bravo Instrument is paid in full. There are no Finance Charges.

A 30% MARKDOWN OFF THE BALANCE AT ANY TIME FOR PURCHASE:

If one elects to pay in full and purchase the Bravo instrument early, a 30% discount off the balance is received. This option may be taken at any time.

INSTRUMENT REPLACEMENT IF LOST OR STOLEN AND MAINTENANCE PROVIDED:

If the instrument is lost or stolen verified by a police report, Guzzardo Performance Music will replace the instrument with one of comparative value. Maintenance repairs are performed as needed. Some restrictions apply and there is a low monthly fee based upon the price of the instrument.

THE INSTRUMENT MAY BE RETURNED WITHOUT ANY FURTHER OBLIGATION:

The Bravo instrument may be returned at any time and the agreement is cancelled.
