Within the walls of Guzzardo Performance Music are full time repairmen for virtually all musical instruments and amplification equipment including repair of all sound gear, guitars and band and orchestra instruments.

IN-STORE REPAIR: At Guzzardo Performance Music, we attempt to complete your repair work AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. You are given full consideration regarding time constraints and individual needs. Within our best efforts, we attempt to repair all instruments and musical gear ON TIME.

OUT OF STORE REPAIR: If because of manufacture request or any other reason beyond our control, we will gladly ship your item to the manufacturer for appropriate repair needs for warrantee purposes or any other request.

PRIORITY STATUS AND RUSH POLICY: Priority status is given to repairs under manufacturer's warranty and purchased from Guzzardo Performance Music. Repairs under manufacturer's warranty and not purchased from Guzzardo Performance Music will be placed in the normal repair sequence or returned to the manufacturer for repair after customer approval. Again, we will do whatever we can to accommodate your needs AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.

ESTIMATE FEE: A fee between $36.00 and $54.00 will be charged for an estimate; however, it will be applied to the cost of repair when approved by the customer. Guzzardo Performance Music charges for estimates and diagnosis because:

Locating the trouble is the greatest part of any repair job.
For diagnosis to be complete, it must include a complete test of your unit.
In some cases, the unit must be made operational for a complete diagnosis.

If an estimate is requested, you will be contacted by phone and/or post card with the estimated cost of repair.

SPECIAL ORDERS: A $10.00 deposit is required in advance for all parts orders or customized manufactured items.
