Guzzardomusic.com is provided on an "as-is" basis. GPM cannot guarantee that guzzardomusic.com will be available uninterupted or free from error. Prices, product descriptions, and availability can change and GPM will update information on the site without prior notice whenever these changes occur, however, GPM cannot warrant the accuracy of the information provided.

Because of web browser caching and the "work offline" feature available on browsing software it is possible that the information you view may not be current or complete and therefore, may be inaccurate. GPM is not liable to you in any manner for desicions made by you or for any act or failure to act regarding any information provied on our site.

Items you place in your shopping cart will reflect the most current prices. By placing an item in your shopping cart you are in no way reserving a product's price.

Product Colors & Finishes

Guzzardomusic.com attempts to represent the finish and color of products on their display images as accurately as possible. Due to differences in monitors and display driver settings, we cannot guarantee that the color and finish you see will exactly match the color and finish of the product.

Limited Quantity

Some products are subject to limited quantity, including but not limited to clearance items, closeouts, limited editions, and discontinued products. These products will be available on a first come first serve basis. Should you purchase an item that is no longer available we will not run that item on your transaction and contact you; other items on your order, if available, will still be processed.

Shipping

Any orders placed on our site are subject to availability and will be shipped in accordance with our shipping policies stated in Shipping & Returns.

International Orders

GPM sells and ships products within the United States only. We do not take international orders.

Tax

Tax must be charged for orders shipped to Illinois at the state sales tax rate of 6.25%. For residents outside of Illinois no sales tax is charged; in this case please check your state tax laws to be in compliance.

Minors

Minors under 13 must have parental consent to submit any information to our site, either for purchases or to submit product reviews.
