Shipping & Handling Time

Product delivery time is determined by the product's availability and shipping method you choose. Because some items are not always immediately available, there may be additional handling time which will vary depending on availability from the manufacturer. In some cases, if cost-effective, products may be drop-shipped to you directly from the manufacturer. If an order is drop-shipped to you, tracking information may not be immediately available.

We want you to be satisfied, it's that simple. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, simply return your purchase in its original condition to your sales consultant within 14 days (certain items must be returned within 7 days 1), and we'll give you a full refund. Return your purchase along with your receipt, manual and original packaging to Guzzardo Performance Music for full exchange, store credit, or refund. 2 That's all there is to it!

30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

After 14 days and before 30 days have expired, return your purchase in its original condition, along with your receipt, manual and original packaging and we'll exchange it for a like purchase of the same product type and same value. No restocking fee is charged and upgrades are allowed.

Return Restrictions

Contact us before shipping items back to us to verify your return. Shipping costs will not be refunded.

Items that cannot be returned are: Computer software, books, method books, videos, CDs, and items that in normal usage may come in contact with the mouth (such as harmonicas, reeds, mouthpieces, microphones); earphones, and earplugs, may not be returned. Lamps, lighting accessories, all liquid products and lubricants, fog fluid, cartridges and styli, tubes, and any items special ordered for a specific customer from a manufacturer may not be returned. Customer receipts and their account invoices will have any other product exceptions noted on them at the time of purchase. "Original packaging" means everything that was received with the item at the time of purchase and includes but is not limited to: cables, power adapters, manuals, blank warranty cards, etc., as well as the actual packaging.

The following items have a 7-day return period: All devices that are capable of recording, DJ mixers, turntables, CD players, studio monitors, workstation keyboards, rack-mount signal processors, forg machines and lighting effects.

There is a 15% restocking fee on open-box returns and electronic items that have been reprogrammed from original factory settings.

Damaged Shipment

If a product arrives to you damaged in shipping you will need to contact carrier regarding the condition of the shipment.

Instrument Setup

Many instruments have several adjustments to improve playability. When instruments arrive at our store we inspect them and make any adjustments necessary to make the instrument play with ease. These adjustments are heavily affected by temperature and humidity, and because of this we cannot guarantee the instrument's setup upon arrival. This will not be covered by any shipping insurance.
